Flexible Pricing

Your Property, Your Way

With Bath Holiday Apartments, there are no hidden charges or costs. Many of our competitors offer low rates, but hide costs in calls out fees, higher cleaning fees with lower accommodation rates etc. We offer upfront pricing so there's no surprises. What we agree is what we charge. We have 2 payment option available to our clients.

Flat Fee

We'll charge a consistent monthly fee ( + VAT and cleaning fees) based on the size of your property, how many rooms are available and how often you want to let the property. This fee remains the same for each month, regardless of high season or low season.


of Revenue

We receive a percentage + VAT and cleaning fees of the total revenue brought in by the property. This means we receive a lower amount during the low season and a higher amount during the high season.
